Abby Loiselle

Consultant

Abby is a consultant based out of Camber’s Seattle office who has worked across sectors, with a particular focus on global health. Drawing on a background in public policy and research on systems of care, she partners with clients to build strategies grounded in rigorous evidence and the lived needs of the people they serve, with the aim of lasting, systemic change.

Prior to joining Camber, Abby conducted research on the social and economic factors that shape access and outcomes in maternal and mental health care. She also brings experience in nonprofit consulting from her time at a boutique lobbying firm, where she translated federal policy research into legislative strategy on public health issues.

Abby holds a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis with a concentration in Neuroscience from Pomona College. She prefers to be outside whenever possible, exploring everything the PNW has to offer, especially its coffee.
