Clara brings strong experience in public and global health, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. She helps philanthropies and non-profits develop strategies, align stakeholders around priorities, and translate strategic direction into actionable implementation plans.
At Camber, Clara has worked across global health and women’s health, spanning R&D, coalition building, and strategic implementation. She supported a global women’s health R&D initiative to advance innovation pilot concepts and shape its learning agenda, and contributed to the development of a blueprint for a global network focused on accelerating research and development for gynaecological conditions. She has also worked with global immunization partnerships to establish shared operational priorities, develop partnership KPIs, and strengthen coordination across country, regional, and global partners. She has designed and facilitated multi-stakeholder engagement processes and convenings, including country-level engagement to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
Prior to Camber, Clara worked across public health and public policy, contributing to projects with the French Ministry of Health, the OECD, and Action Contre la Faim. She holds a multidisciplinary academic background, with an MPH from EHESP School of Public Health, an MPP in Economics and Public Policy and a BA in Economics from Sciences Po Paris, and a BS in Biology from Sorbonne University.
