Vaibhav is a strategy consultant, who works at the intersection of rigorous data analysis and strategy design to tackle complex challenges in global health and shared prosperity. At Camber, he’s worked with key partners across the health and development ecosystem, including the Gates Foundation, Gavi, WHO, and UNICEF in strengthening immunization partnerships, measuring progress, and translating complex evidence into actionable strategy.
Before joining Camber, Vaibhav worked with policy research and global development organizations across South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa to strengthen public delivery systems and expand economic opportunity. He holds an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School. His past work includes addressing challenges faced by Sierra Leone’s informal workforce, improving livelihoods for Ethiopian coffee farmers, and evaluating safety net and employment programs in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies and logging films on Letterboxd, following and playing tennis, as well as hand-brewing coffee from beans collected on his travels.
