As Camber’s Finance & Operations Senior Manager, Ximena leads the firm’s finance strategy across all geographies and heads finance and HR operations for our Paris Hub. She drives planning, performance reporting and cross-border compliance, and partners with leadership to turn numbers into clear decisions.
Ximena brings over nine years of financial management experience. She began her career at consulting firms including Deloitte, Grant Thornton and Philanthropy Advisors, a boutique impact consulting firm in Geneva and Paris, where she was Head of Admin and Finance. She was Finance lead on the WHO Foundation’s founding team in Geneva, building its finance function and a global fiduciary partner network for tax-efficient donations. Before joining Camber, she founded CASS, a financial advisory firm helping entrepreneurs and SMEs in France define and implement their finance strategy. She holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from ITESM and a Master’s in Public Affairs from Paris Dauphine – PSL University.
A curious traveler, Ximena is always hunting for the next great restaurant or exhibition. She is fully fluent in Spanglish and Franglais.
