Christopher Chang

Engagement Manager

Chris brings 10 years’ experience helping foundations and nonprofits use data to enhance their positive impact on the world. At Camber he has focused his work on the Shared Prosperity sector, building the quantitative analyses, models, and data assets clients need to set strategy, direct resources, and measure progress. He also has experience applying new technologies, including AI, to expand the scope and rigor of Camber’s analysis. His work includes supporting the development of a predictive model exploring how life experiences influence earnings and wealth accumulation, and building a tool designed to help local decision makers better understand how AI adoption may affect their communities.

Prior to Camber, Chris worked as an evaluation consultant, designing measurement frameworks and conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for clients in K-12 education, early childhood learning, hunger alleviation, and journalism and democracy.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business with a Management Science specialization and ESG certificate. Outside of work, Chris is an avid outdoorsman, angler, and amateur mechanic; when not working he can be found out in the mountains or working on the vehicles that get him there.
