Erin is an experienced non-profit and policy professional who is passionate about equitable systems change, climate resilience, and community-led solutions to social problems.

Prior to joining the Camber team, she led anti-hunger advocacy and community organizing work for Feeding Louisiana, developing community leadership and leveraging qualitative & quantitative insights to strengthen access to social benefits and statewide pandemic-response efforts for communities experiencing hunger across the Gulf South. While in graduate school, she also led multiple projects exploring the application of climate-tech solutions to the consumer-packaged goods sector.

Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with a certificate in Sustainable Business from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in Public Health & Latin American Studies from Tulane University. Outside of work, Erin loves hiking with friends, wandering farmers markets, thrifting for new treasures, and long road trips with her dog, Boo. She currently resides in San Francisco.
