Funke is a social impact professional committed to addressing poverty and promoting shared prosperity globally. Prior to joining Camber, Funke worked for the U.S. Department of Energy and USAID furthering international cooperation to address clean energy, climate resilience and food security challenges. She began her career in the nonprofit sector advancing economic mobility, anti-hunger advocacy, and race and gender equity as a policy analyst with the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality, and as a Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellow with the Congressional Hunger Center. She holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and undergraduate degrees in economics and international relations from the University of California, Davis. Funke enjoys reading, podcasts, dance fitness and trying new restaurants
