Vaibhav has worked at the intersection of academia, public policy and global development with various governments and organizations globally. He enjoys working at the sweet spot where rigorous data analysis meets on-the-ground problem solving. Whether wrangling household surveys or designing implementation plans, Vaibhav is really driven and most engaged when he’s translating complex evidence into actionable strategy.
Before joining Camber, Vaibhav worked across South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa on efforts to expand economic opportunity and strengthen public systems, including addressing challenges faced by Sierra Leone’s informal workforce, improving livelihoods for Ethiopian coffee farmers, and evaluating safety net and employment programs in Andhra Pradesh, India. He holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School, a program that deepened his training in economics and data while reinforcing the value of humility and iteration in real-world problem solving.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him in frequent attendance at your local cinema, logging films on his Letterboxd journal, following tennis obsessively, or hand-brewing coffee from beans collected on his travels.
