Analyst

Winifred is an Analyst at Camber Collective in the Washington, DC office. She brings strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based strategy development grounded in global health and development across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her work focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights for large-scale public health programs, with particular interest in leveraging market-shaping strategies to strengthen health systems and advance financial protection by ensuring vulnerable communities can access quality care without impoverishment. She has worked across WASH, immunization systems, and health systems strengthening. Recent experience includes optimizing M&E frameworks for a water access program serving 10M+ people across three countries and conducting political economy research on vaccine financing to inform Ministry of Health policy decisions.

Prior to joining Camber, Winifred earned her Master of Science in Infectious Disease and Global Health from Duke University and has worked with government, multilateral, and nonprofit partners including USAID, UNICEF, Gavi, and the World Bank on program optimization, cost-effectiveness analysis, and strategic policy research. She earned her BSc in Psychology with a minor in Health Advocacy from the University of Kentucky. In her free time, Winifred enjoys tactile creative pursuits including oil pastel art, crocheting, and chess. She stays active through kickboxing, walking, and pickleball, and is an avid reader and emerging art curator.
