Kirsten Gagnaire is a Senior Advisor at Camber Collective with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of global health strategy, gender equity, and multilateral partnership development. She has led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across RMNCAH-N for institutions including Gavi, the Global Financing Facility, the Global Fund, WHO, UNICEF, PATH, and the World Bank, with deep programmatic and country-level experience across sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and beyond. A skilled facilitator and coalition-builder, Kirsten excels at aligning donors, governments, civil society, and implementing partners around shared strategies, translating between executive decision-making and country realities to drive coherent, equity-centered action. Her work integrates gender-transformative approaches, digital health innovation, and results monitoring frameworks, informed by a geopolitical lens she honed through her Executive MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics. As Founder of Kati Collective and former Global Director of MAMA, she has built mission-driven platforms that shift resources and decision-making power toward communities most affected by health equity. When she’s not traveling the globe, Kirsten recharges on Vashon Island, walking her dogs, boating, and sharing long dinners with friends, and makes time whenever she can to connect with her two young adult children, who are busy making their own way in the world.
