Emma partners with clients to co-develop data-driven, strategic solutions that address complex challenges. She brings deep expertise in public health finance, bringing together quantitative modeling, qualitative research, and stakeholder engagement to inform effective decision-making and system-level change.

Prior to joining Camber Collective, Emma worked in health sector consulting across public, private, and nonprofit organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa and the United States. Her experience spans a range of global health issues, financing mechanisms, and policy environments.

Emma holds a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Cape Town, where her research centered on interventions to prevent vertical transmission of HIV. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new bakeries, and visiting her home country of South Africa
