Noelle brings 15+ years of cross-sector experience to client engagements to help them identify, launch, and scale opportunities for impact and growth.
A long-time global health wonk and social enterprise supporter, Noelle worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support and fund early stage ideas and start-ups, moving on to developing regional strategies and establishing the India Country Office, and then all things product commercialization and healthcare delivery programs. Prior to Camber, Noelle spent time exploring what is next for healthcare as Director of Strategy and Business Development at a global genomics company focused on their innovation portfolio, the US, African, and Chinese markets.
Noelle holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, an MPA from University of Washington’s Evans School, and an BA from Boston College. She enjoys building things, design, and learning how stuff is made.
