Temisan Oyowe-Carrington
Engagement Manager

Temisan engages stakeholders and provides data-driven solutions in order to help clients reach their strategic goals. She partners with government agencies, philanthropic foundations, multilateral and non-profit organizations to improve outcomes for communities served. She has conducted research in economic development, education policy and health policy, specifically examining maternal-child healthcare. 

Prior to joining Camber, Temisan worked in social impact consulting on various issue areas. At Third Sector, she led projects in economic mobility. She supported government workforce development agencies, and their partners, as they improved the impact of their programs. 

She received her BA in Economics from Harvard University, scoring magna cum laude on her thesis on the effect of religion and politicization on polio immunization uptake in Nigeria. She also holds an MSc with Merit in Finance and Development Economics from School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new cities.
