Prior to joining Camber, Tess worked as a strategic account manager at Amazon Fashion. A long time women’s health advocate, Tess worked with the Rivkin Center to educate on breast and ovarian health, early detection, risk assessment, and self-advocacy. She also served as branch director for Women and Youth Supporting Each other, a non-profit empowering middle school girls by providing the necessary resources and support. In addition, Tess conducted research on COVID-19 testing kits intended for remote use to increase access to medical care.

Tess earned a BA in Cognitive Science and Spanish from the University of Southern California. In her free time, Tess loves exploring the Seattle restaurant scene and recreating meal favorites at home, listening to podcasts, consuming copious amounts of caffeine, frequenting her yoga studio, and globetrotting.
