Thomas is a strategy consultant focused on designing and launching innovative initiatives that drive systems-level change across government, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors.

Prior to joining Camber, Thomas worked at a New York City–based civic sector consulting firm, where he contributed to projects across public and philanthropic initiatives. His work included identifying strategies to improve economic outcomes for underserved populations, advising the NYC Mayor’s Office of Nonprofit Services on contracting reform, and designing a multi-stakeholder collective impact effort to improve academic outcomes in the South Bronx.

Earlier in his career, Thomas worked at the United States Institute of Peace, where he engaged congressional stakeholders on key foreign policy issues.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a concentration in Comparative Politics from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Thomas is an avid reader and runner and is usually planning his next trip or experimenting in the kitchen.
