Kate draws from over fifteen years of experience working with philanthropic and mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit, public and private sectors to advise organizations addressing issues related to health equity and shared prosperity.
She brings considerable experience leading client engagements and teams to guide strategy development, program and operational design, investment planning, business case development, and measurement and evaluation. Her primary focus areas include global health and development; social determinants of health; maternal, newborn and child health; reproductive health and justice; and gender equality.
Prior to Camber, Kate worked in implementation for the social justice and global health organization Partners In Health as Rwanda country program manager, focusing on public health system strengthening and community-based care in rural communities. Kate earned her MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and her B.S. with distinction and honors from the University of Wisconsin.
Kate works out of our Seattle, Washington office. In her personal time, she keeps busy with parenting an active preschooler and volunteering as a funding advocate to ensure people in the northwest region of the US can afford and access safe, legal abortion care. She also enjoys traveling, cross-country skiing, lake jumping, and playing a variety of musical instruments.
