Sakina works with clients on strategic planning and growth, improving operations, and implementing key decisions with a focus on data-driven decision making and impact generation.

Prior to joining Camber, Sakina worked both domestically and abroad in the nonprofit and private sectors. As a consultant at Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, she worked across industries advising clients on growth, operations, strategy, and change management. Since then, she has worked in international development in Ethiopia, on special projects at Hilton Worldwide, and on domestic education policy and strategy at Bellwether Education Partners. While at business school, Sakina was a Wharton Social Impact Initiative Fellow and led the investment strategy crafting process for the school’s inaugural Africa-focused social innovation fund.

Sakina holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from The University of Pennsylvania. Sakina was born and raised in Abu Dhabi in the UAE, and after many years on the East Coast, can now be found enjoying the sunshine and scenery in San Francisco with her husband.
